In a completely-unexpected development, my story The Sound You Found for Me tied for runner up for I Will Remember You (Best Angst). (Seriously, the other nominees in that category are amazing, amazing heart-crushers, one and all, written by some of the best writers in the fandom.)

Date: 2015-11-03 01:41 am (UTC)Makes sense to me. It seems like a reasonable way to approach things when you believe in the quality your work, but also recognize that awards are handed out by humans and aren't the kind of thing that anyone can count on to be 100% predictable.
